Important to read the instructions carefully before following the 3-step registration procedure in the boxes below!!
Step 1) You will be directed to an ePay registration and payment portal administered by RegionH. Fill in your personal data and complete payment by credit card. The 2000 DKK conference fee corresponds to ~270 EUR or ~304 USD.
Step 2) Please submit an abstract to be considered for a short talk and/or a poster presentation. The organizing committee will select the short talks from all submitted abstracts. All selected short talks will receive a travel stipend. It is not mandatory - but free of charge - to submit an abstract.
Step 3) We have negotiated a favorable single room price at the venue – Hotel Comwell Portside - for all CPHBAT2022 attendees (price and availability only guaranteed until 29 April 2022). When you book your accommodation on the Hotel Comwell Portside webpage you are also given the option to register for the two social events during the conference, which are both included in the registration fee. Please note that if you choose alternative accommodation, you will still need to go to the Hotel Comwell Portside webpage to register for the social events.

The abstract should be max 1500 characters incl. spaces and written in Arial 11.

Format for poster:

Size of poster: A0 or A1 - width max. 1 m/height max. 1.25 m

When your abstract has been accepted after the registration deadline, your poster will be assigned a number. You will find the corresponding number at the poster stands on which your poster should be placed.

Pins will be available at the poster stand.

Please remember to take down your poster when the poster session is over.
