Important to read the instructions carefully before following the 3-step registration procedure in the boxes below!!
Step 1) You will be directed to an ePay registration and payment portal administered by RegionH. Fill in your personal data and complete payment by credit card. The 2600 DKK conference fee corresponds to ~350 EUR or ~380 USD. This will give you access to the entire CPHBAT event, including participation in the poster sessions (awards will be given for the best posters), a welcome drink on Monday May 27th early evening, 3 lunches (Tues, Wed and Thurs), coffee and snacks during breaks, and admission to the conference dinner on Thursday May 27th. Deadline for registration to CPHBAT 2024 is Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. Please note that a limited number of seats is available – so book your seat already today!
Step 2) Please submit an abstract to be considered for a short talk and/or a poster presentation. The organizing committee will select the short talks from all submitted abstracts. The selected short talks will receive a fixed travel stipend. It is not mandatory - but free of charge - to submit an abstract. Deadline for submission of abstracts is Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. Step 3) We've secured a favorable single room rate of 1098 DKK/night (~147 EUR or 161 USD) at our event venue hotel, Comwell Copenhagen Portside, exclusively for CPHBAT2024 attendees. This special rate is guaranteed only until February 26th, 2024. To take advantage of this discounted rate, please use the link below when you book your room. Due to limited availability of rooms at this rate, we encourage you to secure your accommodation promptly by making a reservation as soon as possible.
Hotel booking guidelines

Visit the hotel website and proceed to the booking section. Enter the booking code: BC-CPH-BAT-24, then click on the '+' icon to continue.

Specify both your arrival and departure dates, making sure the departure date is no later than the 31st of May.

The abstract should be max 1500 characters incl. spaces and written in Arial 11.

When your abstract has been accepted after the registration deadline, your poster will be assigned a number. You will find the corresponding number at the poster stands on which your poster should be placed.

Pins will be available at the poster stand.

Please remember to take down your poster when the poster session is over.
