Poster details:

  • Size of poster: Width max. 90 cm/ Hight max. 120 cm. 

  • Your poster will be assigned a number. You will find the corresponding number at the poster stands on which your poster should be placed.

  • Pins will be avaible at your poster stand.

  • Please remember to take down your poster when the poster session is over. 

  • There will be two poster sessions. The specific time for your poster presentation will be announced at the registration site. 

  • Two poster prizes will be announced at the conference dinner.

Abstract details (deadline for abstract submission is exceeded):

  • Abstracts must be limited to 1700 characters - including space.

  • Please convert your abstract to PDF format before submitting. 

  • Click on SUBMIT above to submit your abstract via your own e-mail program. Please attach your abstract file (as PDF). Make sure to give sufficient personal details for us to connect your abstract to your registration payment.

  •  All submitted abstracts will be available in an abstract book at the conference. Please clearly mark in your submission if you do not want your abstract to be included in the abstract book.
